Mom that sounds really easy and healthy! What is the texture of the cookies -- soft and chewy or thin and crispy?
I should say the cookies are soft and chewy. Maybe they can become crispy if you press each drop of ingredient mixture to form a thin layer on baking sheet before baking them.
Yummy! I can't wait to try it!
