I was craving this soup a week ago, but I didn't know how to make it so I went and got some wonton soup, and it was NOT THE SAME. So glad to have this recipe now!
love,
Amy

The ground chicken: did you ground it yourself with chicken breasts or did you buy the packaged ground chicken at the grocery store? Does it matter?

Can't wait to make this soup. It sounds so soothing and delicious. I wonder if adding some boiled greens to the soup at the end would be nice too...

I used packaged ground chicken bought from grocery store. Chicken breast may be too dry.
Yes, adding greens will be nice too.
